Shipping & Delivery
We deliver all across the world except certain areas which are considered out of service areas. Our courier company delivers orders during working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Sunday to Thursday.
All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non – business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
Standard Shipping rates will be based on package, weight, and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow 5 business day for processing and 2 – 8 business days for delivery (based on distance). All orders received after 2:00 PM UTC will be processed the next business day.
Free Standard Shipping is available to Jordan customers on orders totaling $500.00 or more prior to taxes and fees.
International orders qualify for free shipping on orders with a subtotal of $7000+. Not all countries qualify for this offer. International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow 5 business days for processing and 10 – 20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM UTC on a Thursday, please allow until the following Sunday for tracking to become available.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
Note: For out of service areas, customers will be required to collect their orders from the courier’s hub within the city.
